Our normal office hours are 9 to 5.30. Outside of these hours you will be able to leave a message on our phone system. This message is sent immediately to all staff in the company via email.

In practice our office is manned until 6.30 most nights and messages are checked by 8 am most mornings.

It is not unusual for us to provide out of hours evening telephone support if your staff have problems with home PCs and office links.

In addition to this an urgent message left at night will often result in an engineer being diverted straight to your site, first call next day.
