Servers – We supply & install servers, mainly Compaq / HP Proliant. These are well priced, fast, powerful, reliable servers that can be supplied with 4 hr 24/7 warranty options if required.
Email Systems – We recommend MS Exchange Server – an extremely reliable, robust and scalable email system with full sharing and security. Exchange is a very powerful system that is usually under utilised as customers do not appreciate its full functionality. We can show you how to get the most from this system.
PCs – We build own our Intel Pentium based PCs to any specification using the highest quality components. It you want a new PC with no screen keyboard and mouse, as you like your existing ones then that’s fine, don’t pay for bits you don’t need. We can also supply any branded make but we generally find these slightly more expensive.
Laptops – We recommend and supply Fujitsu Siemens laptops and use them ourselves in house. We can also supply any other branded make.
ADSL/SDSL Broadband – We can point you in the direction of reliable ISPs, steer you away from the bad ones, and help you with your specific ADSL, Email & Web Site requirements. We will also fill in all the order forms for you. Please note that prices/speeds/offerings change all the time so this is a market where you genuinely can pay less and get more. It’s worth having a periodic review of what’s on offer.
Firewalls - We supply fully expandable extremely powerful office firewalls to secure your network, allow VPNs, office to office links, stop spam and control internet usage. We also supply home firewalls to securely share home PCs & office laptops whilst we can keeping your children’s PCs away from the office network.
Working from Home – We supply single user or group solutions to allow office connections to both email and all company applications. We can also run telephone calls through a VPN depending on the type of telephone system you have installed
Remote Working – in addition to working from home we can setup systems allowing you to connect to your office while on the road or abroad. Speed Issues – It is nearly always possible to speed up a computer system. We will happily arrange a site visit to establish the bottlenecks in your system and the costs/benefits of any upgrades available to you.
Urgent Problems – If you call us with a problem you will be answered by an experienced IT person with a wide range of knowledge and the ability to make a decision. With remote support links to most existing customers we will aim to fix urgent problems immediately. For on site visits, as we concentrate our business in the local area (within 45 minutes of our office) we aim to be on site within 2 hours to urgent problems that are stopping you work. This level of response is consistently achieved.

Faxing - We can supply shared faxing solutions that save staff time, improve the quality of faxes making it easier to read the small print and enable you throw away junk faxes without wasting paper and ink.
Cabling - Whether you require structured cabling as part of a total solution or a stand alone requirement, from a few outlets to many, we will design, install, project manage and maintain your structured cabling systems. We provide cabling, server cabinets, switches, drop cables, all wall/floor boxes.
Sage Software – We supply, install configure and train on most Sage products. As one of the few licensed Sage Developers we can supply and amend Sage Line 50, Line 100, MMS, Payroll. Job Costing and ACT.
Moving Offices – We supply project management services to our customers when they move offices. We liaise with 3rd parties Eg. BT & ISPs provide cabling solutions and move all equipment, reconfiguring it as required for its new location.
Email Problems – If you are having problems sending and receiving files to certain customers then we can diagnose and fix the problem even if it lies outside your building. Typical issues involve you being on a spam list, having no reverse DNS, having a badly formed email signatures, or having email size restrictions. Your ISP may not be able to help you directly with these but with our wider experience we will get the problem resolved once and for all.
