Generally when we write something for somebody they are pretty chuffed with the system.
It does exactly what they want.
It makes their working lives easier.
It gives them freedom in their working day.
It shows that they have fully explained and we have understood what made their working life difficult.

Often they are genuinely proud of the system that they have helped to develop..

We get pleasure knowing that it does all this.
