Software for the Laundry Industry
Renaissance supply and maintain a well established software package used within the Laundry Industry for producing delivery notes, invoices, management reports and customer contact information.  The system is widely used by both commercial and NHS Laundries and is capable of creating works orders based on fixed issues and top up calculations.  Further development of the product will see the introduction of stock control and easier integration with other systems such as Accounting and Barcode reading.

Software for a Holiday Company
When we met Carisma Holidays they had an ageing peer to peer network and a manual booking & order processing system which led to duplication of work and inefficiency. We specified and developed a full booking system that takes bookings, raises all paperwork, deals with all financial transactions and links to their external Channel Ferry Bookings. As this is written using the latest technology (namely SQL back end and a browser based front end), it can be accessed easily and quickly from one of their sites in France, making them more efficient in dealing with enquiries that happen during a holiday. They have recently started taking orders directly from the web and have been amazed by the response.


Software for a Training Company
For a local training company we used MS Access to develop a system that schedules courses on and off site and handles the booking of delegates, trainers and caterers. It also produces confirmation letters, schedules & invoicing. 

Software for a Charity
CMA have a membership system that maintains up to date details of members and allows for detailed mailshot processing, integrating with other MS Office applications.

Software for a Music School
Renaissance supply and maintain the Administration System for Soundsteps Music School Franchisees, allowing for invoicing of lessons, exams and instruments, scheduling of classes, banking and detailed management reports.

Software for Recruitment
Renaissance have developed a Recruitment Management System for the NHS, allowing staff to create Job Specifications, advertising details and entry of candidates prior to matching candidates with vacancies.  The software is operated over a multi site NHS Trust, allowing for accessible data and reporting across departments.

Software for Manufacturing
We have written a large number of systems for manufacturing companies, allowing the computerization of customer orders, factory floor job sheets and processing specifications as well as invoicing, integrating with standard Accounts packages such as Sage.
