We look after our customers and deliver on our promises, so they stay with us. They don’t stay with us because they are tied into a contract, because there is no contract.

We charge per half hour for on site visits with no call out charge so you are not charged from when the engineer leaves our office but simply for the work done. For remote work we charge per minute.

Based on this we can be as pro active or reactive as you need us to be.

We estimate that on average a customer “for whom we do everything” will pay about £200 per year per PC and £1200 per year per Server for all our services provided they have both a normal staff turnaround and average hardware replacement. This of course excludes major projects such as moving office or major hardware replacement projects.

Its quite simple. If you want to do something yourself or don’t have any problems then it costs you nothing.

We give customers one invoice per month for work carried out that month.

The fact that there is no contract does not affect response times in any way.
